Sikhism in RE - cooking for langar

We have been learning about Sikhism and their important beliefs.  One of the things has been the idea of sharing your bounties with the world.  We found out that Sikh people have a ktichen in their Giurdwaras called the langar and they welcome people to come and eat.  
 
The children know that when you go to a Gurdwara you take off your shoes, wash your hands and cover your head.  Everyone is considered equal and they share cooking and washing up duties to help make the langar, which is vegetarian.  They eat the food on the floor to show that no one is above another person.
 
To explore this further, we decided to make food for each other.  The children made chapatis like we saw in the video and we shared food together and talked about how it made you feel to serve others and to be cared for.
